Job Title: Credentialing CoordinatorLocation: RemoteSalary Range: $19-$23/hourContract Length: temp 45-60 days Introduction4 Corner Resources is currently hiring a Remote Credentialing Coordinator to support one of our enterprise-level, non-profit managed care clients headquartered in Florida. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected healthcare insurer in a fully remote capacity, where you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance and credentialing excellence for providers, facilities, and vendors.Required Skills & QualificationsMust-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of credentialing or related administrative experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship This position is fully remote but must live in of the below states: AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, LA, MS, NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WYPreferred Skills & QualificationsNice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive: Experience credentialing providers using CAQH Bachelor's degree Familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Experience with SAS and SQL a plus Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skillsDay-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct credentialing for providers, facilities, and vendors in alignment with regulations and company policies Prepare materials and presentations for credentialing committee meetings and vendor oversight reviews Support audit processes for vendor delegations and ensure compliance with contractual terms Review and coordinate directory updates and postings with third-party vendors Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure credentialing accuracy Identify and support continuous improvement of credentialing processes Report issues and follow up with management to resolve discrepanciesCompany Benefits & Culture Fully remote opportunity Work with an established, mission-driven healthcare organization Supportive team and structured onboarding4CR3
